The UMC imported different types of Evinrude engines & spare parts from Outboard Marine Corporation, USA and supplied to Army, Navy, Coastguards as well as other local markets. It became a renowned company that time. It was the sole agent (Dealer) of Evinrude engine & parts especially for 55hp and other 'hp' outboard engines product in Bangladesh.

Day to Day technology is changing. To keep pace with the technology, the product and brand is changing. Considering this, recently Universal Mercantile Corporation (UMC) is registered to a new Brand name as Habro Systems Limited in Joint stock company on 28 Nov.2018 as a Private Limited Company under The Company Act, 1994 (section 115) with registration No. C-148621. to carry out the potential market and relation with different decision makers at Bangladesh Defense sector (Army, Navy, etc.) and other stake holders of relevant sector. The company is also selling e-commerce-based solutions, Citgo lube and Evinrude outboard marine.
