Md. Nasimul Gani

Chairman

Mr. Md. Nasimul Gani son of Abdul Majid is the Chairman of Habro Systems Limited. Md. Nasimul Gani. He is highly skilled in Information Technology (IT). Now he is the Consultant of Grameen Communication. He also performed his career in Consultant (General Manager) of Bangladesh Development Bank Limited, Country ICT Manager of Plan International, IT Specialist of Grameen Communications & Grameen Trust and Data Analyst of Bangladesh Centre for Advanced Studies.

K. M. Rahmatullah

Managing Director

Mr. Kazi Mohammad Rahmatullah son of Kazi Mohammad Abdullah is the founder managing Director of Habro Systems Limited. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Engineering Science from the Honolulu University, Hawaii, U.S.A in1992 and Alfred State College, Alfred, New York, U.S.A. in 1991 respectively. Mr. Kazi Mohammad Rahmatullah has a notable contribution in the field of pioneering the introduction, implementation, development and functioning of computerization and automation system in banking operation in Bangladesh

Bisnu Chandra Saha

Director

Mr. Bisnu Chandra Saha son of Late Brojedra Chandra Saha is the director of Habro Systems Limited. He is EX DMD, Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank, Rajshahi and EX GM at Rupali Bank Limited, Head Office Dhaka. He joined at Rupali bank as a system analysist in 1995 and take the vital rules to implement Branch Banking software, CBS, BACH, ATM, RTGS etc.

Mohammad Julhas

Mr. Mohammad Julhas son of M A Hasem is the director of Habro Systems Limited. He is the Chairman of Hashem Paper Mills Ltd. and Homeland Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Managing Director of Hashem Electric Co. Ltd. and Umran Agro Pulp Ltd. and Director of Hashem Real Estate Ltd. He was born in Gulshan under Dhaka district in 1967.

Mst. Mustarul Jannat

Director

Mst. Mustarul Jannat is a Director of Habro Systems Limited. She is the Managing Director of Venus IT. She has completed her graduation from National University. She has more than 7 years of experience in managing and running of Software Company. She is expert in Online Marketing and Business Development

K. M Hamidullah

Mr. Kazi Mohammad Hamidullah was born in Rupgonj under Narayangonj District in 1976. He is the son of Kazi Mohammad Abdullah is the founder shareholder of Habro Systems Limited. He is a highly skilled in a section of automation circle known as “consultants” the area of in-depth skill is into area centered on business continually, Risk management and systems interoperability. He has successfully completed and delivered. He is Solution for the largest companies of the world during the 24 years of his working career. He is a Bachelor of Science in computer science from North South University in Bangladesh. He also obtained Masters of Science in Computer Science from Kansas State University, Wichita, KS, USA. Architecture, design etc. of Software Development of Habro has always been overseen by his ever before he had been inducted in the Board of Directors of HABRO in 2018. He is also a brother of the Managing Director of Habro. Mr. Kazi Mohammad Hamidullah is involved in various social and cultural activities. He is the member of various social and cultural organization. He is the father of one daughter and one son.

K. M Ahsanullah

Mr. Kazi Mohammad Ahsanullah was born in Rupgonj under Narayangonj District in 1973. He is the son of Kazi Mohammad Abdullah is the Shareholder in charge of Sales and Marketing of Habro Systems Limited. He is a B. Sc. in Science and M. Sc in Statistics from the Dhaka University. He did MBA from the IUB, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He received diploma in computer Science and training on software development and technology e-commerce. He has IT Proficiency in Operating System, Programming Language, Packages, GUI, Report Design, RDBMS etc. Mr. Kazi Mohammad Ahsanullah is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), (Developer Track) and Oracle Application Developer & Web Deployment (Covered Module). Under his able leadership and inventiveness, the HABRO made an outstanding performance in marketing and sales of HABRO products. He has an experience of 16 years in this arena. Mr. Kazi Mohammad Ahsanullah is father of two daughters.

Mr. Kazi Mohammed Barkatulleh was born in Rupgonj under Narayangonj District in 1969. He is the son of Kazi Mohammad Abdullah. He is a Bachelor of Arts Science from the National University of Bangladesh. Under his dynamic leadership Habro Systems Limited, he has successfully implemented EduMax software and other Habro branded software solution in as many clients of various organizations. Also, he has Cooperated the HABRO Training Team to successfully train up and successfully handed over the all projects in the due time. Mr. Kazi Mohammed Barkatullah is involved in various social and cultural activities. He is the member of various social and cultural organization and Green Darussalam Apartment Owners Association, Gulshan, Dhaka. He is the father of two daughters

Mr. Kazi Mohammad Obaidullah son of Kazi Mohammad Abdullah is the Shareholder of Habro Systems Limited. He is a B. Sc. in Computer Science from the Alfred State College, New York, U. S. A. He was born in Rupgonj under Narayongonj District in 1964. He is in charge of Software Development of the company. He has an experience of 22 years in Software Development has IT Proficiency in Operating System, Programming Language, Packages, GUI, Report Design, RDBMS etc. Under his active guidance the HABRO developed Education Management Software (EduMax), Account Management Software (e-Jabeda), Apartment Management Software (BhabanMac), Wholesale Management Software (DuWholesale), Queue Management Software (Queue), HABRO e-Recruitment Solution, HABRO e-Admission, Re-Union & Alumni System, HABRO e-Commerce Solution and many other software now being used by institutions.
